Planing de la visita

A guided tour begins with a local guide starting at the majestic Plaza del Arenal, a reference center in Jerez and a meeting point for locals and tourists. A few meters away we will see one of the most important and famous churches for the weddings that take place there, the church of San Miguel, a monument of Gothic style that began its construction in the 15th century.

Then, we will go to the old Alcázar, one of the main monuments of the city. We will continue without losing all the luxury of details on the way to the Cathedral, an essential stop to contemplate this beautiful construction dating from the seventeenth century, where we will find the statue of Manuel María, founder of the Tío Pepe winery, one of the most visited wineries in the world.

Continuing the trip we will arrive to admire some of the palatial houses better known as the palace house of Bertemati, magnificent exponent of Jerezana manor house. Leaving behind the palace house, we will enter Plaza Plateros, one of the most lively squares in the city, besides being one of the most important streets that leads to Porvera Street, so named because it is located next to the The old city wall, which is adjacent to the main street, Calle Larga, where you can buy some typical souvenirs of the town.
